Warner Bros has announced an agreement with Red Barrels for the distribution of Outlast Trinity, a physical package that will feature the next Outlast 2, the original Outlast and Outlast Whistleblowerdownloadable content.
“Network Barrels is a landmark in the genre of survival horror thanks to Outlast“, says Kevin Kebodeaux, senior Vice President of sales for the Americas of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. “We want to work closely with this great group of developers to Outlast Trinity players from around the world.”
“We are very fortunate to have a community of followers so faithful, none of this would have been possible without your support,” says Philippe Morin, co-founder of net Barrels. “Since we launched Outlast in 2013, the community has called us a physical version of the game, and what better way to do it than with a pack full of terror”.
Outlast Trinity will include:
- Outlast 2 is the new installment in the saga of terror that brings us travel to the inside of the human mind and its darker secrets. Blake Langermann, a camera that works with his wife Lynn, should take risks, and research to solve some of the stories that no one dares to touch. While both follow a trail of clues from the murder of a pregnant woman, not identified, research will take you to the Arizona desert, a darkness so absolute about which no one can shed light, and a corruption so deep that go crazy can be more balanced.
- The Outlast develops in the remote mountains of Colorado, where the horrors await within Mount Massive Asylum. As a huge Centre for mentally ill abandoned, Mount Massive Asylum was re-opened by the “research and charity” division of the multinational Murkoff Corporation, and has been running since then in secret. Thanks to information from an anonymous source, the Freelancer thousands Upshur enters the Center, and what he discovers is located on the thin line that separates the science, religion, nature, and other unexplained phenomena. Outlast Trinity will arrive on April 28 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, at the same time that Outlast 2 in digital format.
