Blizzard has announced himself that his character Genji, will join the MOBA of Heroes of the Storm, thus forming part of the characters in the game. With this it would be the fourth character of Overwatch in being on the MOBA.
In another time, Genji, the youngest son of the clan Shimada, was a carefree young man, but his brother left him on the brink of death by refusing to participate in their illegal business. Now, with a new cybernetic body courtesy of Overwatch, Genji through their own way fighting for their ideals.
- Basic skills
- Shuriken – Spears 3 fan-shaped shuriken. 65 damage each inflicts the first enemy he hits. You can store up to 3 loads. When Shuriken cooldown ends, all loads are reset at the same time.
- Detour – you protect during 1.25 s. Any damage that you block while you’re protected will make you throw a kunai at the nearest enemy, that priority be given to heroes and will inflict damage 55. Deviant damage: 0
- Fast cut – loads to the front and inflict 215 damage to all enemies in a line. If an enemy hero dies before 2 s after having been beaten with fast cutting, the skill mana cost and cooldown time are reset.
- Heroic skills
- Blade of the Dragon – free dragon sheet for 8 sec. While active, the dragon sheet can be activate to charge forward and execute a broad Tagus, that deals 240 damage. If blade of the dragon reaches a hero enemy and dies until after 2 s, cutting fast cooldown resets.
- Hit cross – run two pits which inflict damage 135. After 1.25 s, the pits explode and inflict more damage 270 enemies in the area.
In addition to this, it has been announced that a new map inspired by Hanamura which is the hometown of Genji will come.
Genji and Hanamura map are now available as part of the Beta of Heroes of the Storm 2.0, an update to it will come for all players on April 25, meanwhile you can read all the information on the page of Blizzard.
