Published technical requirements for Mass Effect: Andromeda

Mass Effect has aged well. It has aged so well that new requirements to enjoy the next title in the series are considerable… unless the minimum is sufficient for you.

Lime and sand. That is what has given us Electronic Arts with the publication of the new requirements for the new and highly anticipated video game Mass Effect: Andromeda. I expect a few settings:

Minimum requirements

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 3570 or AMD FX-6350
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB, AMD 7850 Radeon 2GB
  • Hard disk: At least 55 GB of available space
  • DirectX: DirectX 11

Recommended system:

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD FX-8350
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB, AMD RX 480 4GB
  • Hard disk: At least 55 GB of available space
  • DirectX: DirectX 11

Establishing a graphics card of 4-5 years as a minimum requirement, the truth is that the fork is wide enough as for the next installment of the famous saga to be functional in the largest number of possible computers.

Mass Effect: Andromeda launches in Europe on March 23. Two days later than in the United States.
