The Star Wars opens exhibition in the municipality of Tomares, from May 27 to June 5, in which more than 2,000 figures recreate the characters and scenes more mythical saga, in a room of 400 square meters.
Thanks to Holonet Estelar Seville (the Association of Fans of the star wars being the largest and oldest of Spain with more than 100 partners) and the delegation of youth from the City Hall of Tomares, we will have a long-lasting opportunity to 10 days which can enjoy the event, (which will have to pay € 1 since it is charity) , both the smallest and the biggest fans of this great saga that began debuting “A New Hope” in the not-too-distant may 25, 1977.
The exhibition
With more than 400 square meters, the Hall of exhibitions of the city collects and displays more than 2,000 figures, both collector and material made by the members themselves, including the Barge of Jabba and an imperial destroyer “devastating” to the public.
Also you can check some dioramas (or models) scenes from the films, such as the surface of the death star, Hoth, Tatooine and the Sandcrawler with the sale of the Androids…
But there is another very interesting part of the exhibition, where we can see premium figures of the most symbolic characters of the series (like Darth Vader or the Royal Guard), a series of life-size busts, a collection of costumes, armor and helmets, and a Snowtrooper driving a turret, life-size.
They will be exposed different merchandising products of the saga as mugs, board games, toys, new comics, some other parody, lightsabers life-size and rarities like the 35 mm trailers, photographs signed by the actors and the chest where King is the lightsaber from Luke.
Weekend
But that is not all, since Saturday and Sunday they will focus only on activities for all the fans that will be a Jedi Academy for children (and not so small).
An area of Board games as X-Wing Miniatures (strategy), the Trivial Star Wars, Risk Clone Wars, the Force Trainer (force gauge), and famous Dejarik, this Galactic chess that Chewbacca “chop” much.
On the other hand, an area of reinforcement workshop where you will learn how to prepare weapons, clothing… and create a lightsaber with recycled materials. In short, it is a good opportunity to enjoy an exhibition of Star Wars.
