The Pokémon saga returns to grab the attention of all bulbs, this time with ad surprise of Pokemon Duel, a strategy game developed by The Pokémon Company that we have available from today in Europe, as well as in America.
The truth is that the game is only new to the West, because in Japan they take some time enjoying this title ‘s strategy for mobile devices, although under the name Pokémon Comaster. The name change is part of the launch in Europe and America.
To refresh the memory, the arrival of Pokemon GO to mobile devices was a real hit around the world, with millions of downloads and revenue. The fury of Pokémon GO faded sooner than later, so it is not surprising that The Pokémon Company has moved to bring us surprise for this title.
Strategy in State pure with Pokemon Duel
Now in Pokémon Duel we go from going out device in hand to catch Pokemon, to mentally work to develop the perfect strategy to beat our rivals. Before the game we will have to choose the 6 creatures that we will face the duel, to choose between which they have unlocked.
Once started the game, we will have to take any of our Pokemon to the target set in the dashboard, while we avoid that our opponent will do the same. Each creature has a limited number of movements, as well as strengths and special features to face duels when they are with the rival Pokemon.
Of course, we have a system of progression that we unlock all those Pokemon not available at first, with the ultimate goal of making us all. One of the peculiarities of the saga of Nintendo which never disappears in the titles that launched on the market.
