Impact Winter delays its release date on PC

Bandai Namco and Mojo Bones have announced the delay in the launch of Impact Winter, the new post-apocalyptic survival adventure. The title had planned his departure on Steam for early this year, but they have decided to slightly delay its launch so that the title is the best possible experience.

Stuart Ryall, co-founder and designer at Mojo Bones Ltd., said on its website the reasons for the delay: “Unfortunately, Impact Winter will reach the users a little later than expected: will be May 23, 2017 when the game comes to Steam.” Why this delay? Because the truth is that Impact Winter has finished being a game that is much larger than we expected. It is a very complex beast, with many systems and different mechanical. All good is, but one of our main priorities with regard to the release of the game is to get the first phases of the same are not too overwhelming for the player and the overall experience is well balanced. In short, our main priority is the offer all users the best possible experience. Luckily, we have received very positive feedback on our test sessions and game might be something unique and exceed more than the vision that we had so many years ago”.

Impact Winter is a title of survival in which we will have to help Jacob Salomon and his team of four survivors survive the next thirty days in the void, a hard winter atmosphere. In this title the daily challenges make each game a unique experience. With the help of Ako-Light, his robot companion, we can explore the hostile world and find solutions while we strive to keep us alive in the frigid atmosphere.

Impact Winter will be finally available PC on May 23, while digital versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will also come along this year.
