Sumo Digital has shown a new Snake Pass, the new title of platforms development diary. In this video the development team talks about the process of creation of several elements, such as the movement of the characters, grass or lighting.
Snake Pass is a title of platforms 3D where we went with Noodle and Doodle, a snake and a hummingbird, on her quest to end the threat of a mysterious intruder on your home. Controlling this duo, you have to drive the movements of the snake while slides, wheel and 15 levels spread across 4 themed worlds increasingly difficult to scale. Snake Pass is a unique game in the genre and platform that is intuitive and fun to learn, but that will gradually taking your snake skills to the limit.
The title will also for the soundtrack with the veteran composer David Wise. Britain was one of the main composers of the former Rare, and has worked on the soundtrack from titles such as DKong Country, Diddy Kong Racing or Star Fox Adventures onkey.
Snake Pass will be available on 29 March in PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC at a price of €19.99. Then we leave the development diary.
