Blizzard has announced that the competitive mode of Overwatch, multiplayer action title from the company, is now available on PC while for versions of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will arrive next week.
To unlock the competitive mode we will have to reach level 25, and before you begin, will complete 10 games of positioning to get our index of initial ability. This index is a number between 1 and 100, where higher values indicate a higher level of skill. The index of ability will be visible at the beginning of each game, and will increase or decrease with each victory or defeat, in casting of a number of factors which include the performance of the player and the ability of other players.
The competitive of Overwatch mode will consist of four seasons, and each has a duration of two months and a half. During this time, players can increase their rate of ability and strive to climb positions in the standings until the stats are restarted at the end of the season. The names of the seasons, as well as your calendar, will be a reflection of the seasons of the northern hemisphere.
You can also earn rewards that only will be available in this mode. At the end of the season, anyone who has completed 10 positioning items will receive a graffiti and a special player icon, and there will be new designs to be published each season.
